The early success and growth of the Hamburg Historic District was built on its magnificent views of the Mississippi River and downtown Davenport. The neighborhood was quickly filled with middle to upper class German immigrants, including many prosperous and prominent residents of the city who played an important part in shaping the history of Davenport.
Today those views are just as enticing. We have put together some picture galleries showing some of what our residents are able to see.
